NEW YORK TRAVEL GUIDE WITH KIDS- PART 1- MANHATTAN

Today I am doing a NYC Travel Guide on some of the top places to visit with kids in Manhattan. It’s a bit of a different style travel video for me but I hope you enjoy it. This is Part 1 which covers the main tourist bits in Manhattan like Times Square, Central Park etc.

I am also going to be doing Part 2 which will be more of the smaller areas in Manhattan like Chelsea, Little Italy etc and Part 3 will be a travel guide to Brooklyn with kids.

  1. Loved this video. My husband and I love travel and have been to NYC soo many times. I have to go again now after watching this! Keep up the videos, love watching them!

  2. So my burning question is: How did you fit a family of 5 in one yellow taxi? Always wondered how I would do this if we took our kids to NY. Most of the taxis we got fit 3 maximum in the back, with the front bit sectioned off. The WTC museum is really well done. I’m so glad we went to visit. It was just me and Sam on that trip so luckily didn’t have to weigh up whether to take the kids or not. But it’s definitely do-able with kids, you can skip the more heavy sections. We were there for around 4 hours and even then didn’t manage to see every single thing.

  3. Thanks so much for this😘 loved New York on my honeymoon, highlight was top of rock. Would love to take my 3 boys, given me some great ideas 💡

  4. Absolutely loved watching this!!! Great info and so many lovely memories for you. We had a nightmare flight home, from checkin to landing 🤦‍♀️ L was so so overtired she absolutely let rip and screamed for over an hour solid…managed to bounce her off to sleep in Tula after take off (luckily there was room to stand out the way at the front as we were on a Dreamliner) and she slept for 30mins and was ok until she had to be strapped in for landing, had to pin her down 😢😢 it was terrible, but once we were off she was fine. It was only a 2.5 hr flight as well!!! That’s been her only bad one though so hopefully she’ll be ok in August on a 4.5hr one!!! Xxx

  5. I love how you take your kids to places that are a bit outside the box! I’d love to take my 11 year old to NYC! Great video 🌞

  6. Thank you for this. Just booked to go in October with my 8yr old son. Could you recommend anything to take on the plane?

    1. I’ve done a video (which I think you’ve watched) about what to pack on a plane! (I’m going through my comments and replying!) x
